In terms of usage their main strength is the light commercial gym equipment market.

The TR 5000 is a perfect treadmill for any of the following applications

The unit has a commercial quality 3 horesepower AC motor.

The top speed is whopping 20km/h and maximum incline of 15%.

These are figures only normally seen in a full commercial treadmill

There is a relatively large running deck of 51cm by 151 cm

The maximum user weight of 150kg is sufficient for most users.

Treadmill warranty details

10 years on the frame, 3 years on the motor, 2 years on other parts and one year labour. These are pretty impressive warranty periods.

The Strengthmaster also offers an impressive shock reduction system which prevents injuries and allows the user to exercise for longer periods of time

If you are excessively overweight then lower impact exercise may be a better choice such as a rower, elliptical trainer or exercise bike.
